• Register for DCCI Membership Online Service (MOS).
• Access the MOS portal by logging in.
• Submit a name clearance application.
• Once the name clearance is approved, locate the DCCI membership form.
• Complete the membership application form, ensuring that all necessary documents listed in the checklist are attached.
