The documents mentioned bellow needs to be submitted in PDF format.

✓ Copy of the chalan of application fee

✓ One copy of receipt of the submitted form
(including number and amount of money)

✓ Copy of NID or passport

✓ Copy of TIN certificate

✓ If the land is inherited:
    → Scanned copy of RS and BS Khatian
    → Scanned copy of inheritance certificate

✓ In case of property owned at the time of purchase:
    → Scanned copy of BS Namjari / Original Namjari Khatian
    → Scanned copy of the original corresponding donor and recipient name and details related pages

✓ Approved planned area (residential / commercial /
industrial etc.)
→ Scanned copy of BS Namjari Khatian
→ Scanned copy of original possession certificate
→ Scanned copy of the pages containing the name of the donor collection, the description of the original allotment deed / lease deed and the terms and conditions of the lease deed

✓ Scanned copy of original attorney deed (where applicable)

✓ Attested scan copy of original lease agreement (if applicable)

✓ Mouza map (A3/A4 size)

✓ Location map (A3/A4 size)
