→ Go to the Membership Online Service (MOS) portal (https://membership.dhakachamber.com)
→ For first-time user please register to the MOS system with firm name as per trade license, email ID and phone number (if you’re registered, ignore it)

Verification

→ After clicking Register option, Please verify the Registration through E-mail. (E-mail ID and MOS portal must be opened in the same browser)

For General or Associate Membership, there are only 5 easy steps:

1. NAME CLEARANCE:

→ Log in to MOS portal and click “Apply for Name Clearance” Button on Dashboard
→ Fill-up the Name Clearance e-form with necessary information and wait for the approval
→ After completing approval process, Both SMS and email notification will be sent

2. MEMBERSHIP E-FORM:

→ After getting name clearance notification, “Apply for Membership” e-form on Dashboard will be visible
→ Fill-up the “Apply for Membership” e-form with necessary information and attach the required documents mentioned in the list.

List of Required Documents:

→ Pay order of BDT. 29,350/- for General Member and BDT. 23,150/- for Associate Member in favor of “Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI)”
→ Updated Trade License
→ Bank Solvency Certificate
→ E-TIN Certificate with last return submission of Applicants & Representative [Proprietorship Firm]
→ E-TIN Certificate with last return submission of of Applicants, Representative & Partners [Partnership Firm]
→ E-TIN Certificate with last return submission oof Company, Applicants, Representative & Board of Directors. [Limited firm]
→ NID of Applicants & Representative [Proprietorship Firm]
→ NID of Applicants, Representative & Partners [Partnership Firm]
→ NID of Applicants, Representative & Board of Directors [Limited firm]
→ Recently taken passport size photograph
→ Recently taken passport size photograph of Representative & Board of Directors [Limited firm]
→ Application Letter to the Secretary General, DCCI and it must be written in the letterhead pad of respective interested Firm/Company.
→ Other: VAT, IRC, ERC (Not Mandatory)
→ Other: VAT, IRC, ERC, Joint Venture Agreement, Passport for foreign nationals, BIDA permission paper, work permit and branch office permission (Not Mandatory for Local Company). [Limited firm]
→ Partnership Deed [Partnership Firm]
→ Memorandum & Articles of Association [Limited firm]
→ Form XII Certificate [Limited firm]

3. PROPOSER:

→ Applicant may send consent request to two valid registered member organizations for getting reference. Applicant may skip this procedure and take signature in the hardcopy from two DCCI members as reference in this application form (please download application form for it).

4. MEMBERSHIP FORM FEE:

→ Pay the Membership Application Form Fees BDT. 100/- online through DCCI’s designated payment options (Mobile wallet, Online Banking, Debit/Credit card) System generated online payment slip will be sent to E-mail.

5. FINAL SUBMISSION

→ After Download the filled-up Application form. Submit the Application hardcopy Form with, pay order, payment slip, one copy passport size photograph and visiting card of applicant to DCCI.
Note: All documents must be attested by the Managing Director/Managing Partner/Proprietor of Applicant Company
→ Please bring the original papers while submitting the documents. Upon receiving the completed documents, DCCI will verify the documents and will issue Membership e-Certificate and e-Passbook from the MOS portal after necessary approval process.
→ Membership Application Fee:

a) Application Form: Tk. 100/-
b) General Subscription: Tk. 29,350/-
c) Associate Subscription: Tk 23,150/-

To Renew the Membership (General or Associate) of DCCI, you need to follow 5-easy steps:

→ Log in to the MOS portal (To register, if you are not registered)
→ Click “Renewal” on Dashboard
→ Fill-up the field with necessary information and attach the required documents like:

– Updated Trade License
– E-TIN Certificate with last return slip

→ Pay the Renewal Fees and it can be paid Online through DCCI’s designated payment options (Mobile wallet, Online Banking, Debit/Credit card). System generated online payment slip will be sent to E-mail.
→ Upon receiving the completed documents, DCCI will verify the documents. After verification, the renewal application will be approved by DCCI authority and updated e-passbook will be available on MOS portal.
→ Membership Renewal Fee:

a) General Member: Tk. 10,350/-
b) Associate Member: Tk. 7,150/-

→ To register, please log on to the MOS portal (If you are not Registered).
→ Click “Apply for Certificate” on Dashboard.
→ Fill-up the Certificate of Origin (CO) e-form with necessary information and attach the required documents like:

– Commercial Invoice
– Export Form
– L/C/T.T/Cont/P.I
– Packing List

→ Fees can be paid online through DCCI’s designated payment options (Mobile wallet, Online Banking, Debit/Credit card). System generated online payment slip will be sent to E-mail.
→ Upon receiving the completed documents, DCCI will verify the documents. After verification, the CO will be approved by the DCCI authority and e-Certificate from the “List of Certificates” will be available in the MOS portal.
→ Certificate of Origin (CO) Fees:

a) Certificate of Origin (Original): DCCI Member Fees: Tk. 100/- | Non DCCI Member Fees: Tk. 150/-
b) Certificate of Origin (Copy): DCCI Member Fees: Tk. 50/- | Non DCCI Member Fees: Tk. 75/-
