(For the areas under Dhaka North City Corporation)
✓ Tk 250 has to be Submitted as the Application Fee Through Challan
✓ If the Land Owner is not Applying by Himself and Nominating Someone of His Behalf then the Attested Copy Power of Attorney
✓ Land Ownership Document [Not mandatory]
✓ Attested Copy of Holding Tax
✓ The Full Drawing and Design of the Building by a Renowned Engineer
✓ As Per the Format of the Agreement Mentioned in the Form on a Non-Judicial Stamp Equivalent to tk 300
